Terms of Service

Sephiro is an AI-powered marketing platform ("the Service") that provides specialized AI agents and tools for creative generation, advertising analytics, e-commerce insights, and marketing automation. The Service generates content — including images, videos, ad copy, and recommendations — using artificial intelligence models. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use the Service you must create an account with accurate, complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sephiro.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access to the Service is offered through paid subscription plans, which may be priced per AI agent, per workspace, or per feature tier as described on our pricing page. In addition, certain usage (such as generation of images and videos) may consume credits, which can be topped up as one-time purchases.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• Credits included in a plan are granted for each monthly billing period and reset at the start of the next one. Unused plan credits roll over only where your plan allows: up to one month's plan credits on Growth, up to two months' plan credits on Scale, and none on Free or Launch.
• Top-up credits are one-time purchases, require an active paid subscription to buy, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any unused top-up credits expire.
• Purchased credits are consumed by usage and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful
• Generate marketing content that violates advertising regulations or platform policies applicable to you
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or security measures

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or otherwise relying on it, including verifying factual claims, compliance with advertising laws, and the rights status of any content used. Sephiro does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be unique, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and is not liable for the consequences of publishing unreviewed AI output.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at sephiro.ai/privacy-policy. By using the Service you consent to that collection and use. Where you connect third-party accounts (such as advertising or e-commerce platforms), you authorize us to access those accounts on your behalf to provide the Service, and you remain responsible for complying with those third parties' terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that marketing results, performance improvements, or revenue outcomes will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sephiro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Sephiro in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your content for a limited period after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
